US politician Beto O'Rourke is currently considering running for president in the 2020 election.
However, he's taken time out of his schedule to check out a Metallica gig in Texas.
O'Rourke was snapped in the pit, taking pictures with fans.
O'Rourke is a former punk musician, having played in a band called Floss alongside Cedric Bixler-Zavala of The Mars Volta and At the Drive-In fame.
