‘Private School Boys’ | Rugby 7s Players & Olyroos Damage Olympic Village and Disrupt Flight Home

The days of celebrating the likes of David Boon drinking the plane dry and becoming a national hero are unsurprisingly gone and now some mid-flight antics have landed our Olympians in hot water.

Numerous reports have confirmed that members of the men’s Rugby 7s side and the Olyroos damaged their rooms in the athletes village and disrupted their flight back from Tokyo with drunken and rowdy behaviour.

Speaking on The Big Breakfast this morning host Greg Martin whacked the ‘private school boys’ for treating the Olympic Village like The Islander on Footy Trip.  

“They’re fit, but they’re not piss fit” Martin told listeners.
