The Parramatta Eels face a big struggle to keep almost $4 million worth of talent on their roster ahead of the November 1 open market date. 

From November 1, players in the last year of their contract (2022) can begin negotiations with rival clubs for 2023 and beyond. 

Six starting players for the Eels could all head to the open market, with one player manager already trying to generate interest from other clubs.
