Fresh off an Australian tour, Red Hot Chili Peppers have played a gig at the Great Pyramids of Giza in Egypt.

They join bands like The Grateful Dead and Sting who have played concerts there.

The Peppers delivered a 20-song set including all their biggest hits, as well as newer music from 2016's The Getaway.

The highlight came during the encore, with guitarist Josh Klinghoffer performing a solo piano version of Radiohead's Pyramid Song.
