The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) is planning an ambitious project that they believe will greatly benefit the health and well-being of Mount Gambier residents, and enhance patient care and operational response times for critical patients on the Limestone Coast, but they need your help to get it done.
The RFDS recently purchased an existing hangar at Mount Gambier Airport, with the intent of transforming it into state-of-the-art transfer facility so that critically ill or injured patients are no longer exposed to the elements as they wait to be transferred by stretcher into a RFDS aircraft.
