Rockhampton Region LDMG Moves To Alert This Morning

The Rockhampton Region Local Disaster Management Group (LDMG) is on alert this morning following advice from QFES that there are no fires remaining in the region that pose a current threat.

While conditions have significantly improved, Chair of the LDMG, Cr Tony Williams, stated that Council would continue to closely monitor the situation, particularly with "possible upcoming storm activity".
