Ditts has fronted Roo with reports of the Crows having recruited Melbourne's High Performance Manager, Darren Burgess for next season.
Darren Burgess was formerly involved at the Port Adelaide Football Club as High Performance Manager between 2012 and 2017.
The fitness guru was also involved with English Premier League clubs, Arsenal and Liverpool.
