Ex Freo coach Ross Lyon joined The Rush Hour boys today to speak about one of the superstars of the game as he approaches game 200, Freo captain Nat Fyfe.

When asked about Nat's legacy and how Ross wants him remembered, he had this to say:

"I want him to hopefully be remembered as a Premiership captain,

"He's a bit like Pav or Riewoldt, great person on, better person off."

In a robust chat, Lyon also speaks glowingly about Fyfe's input at Freo, how Ross himself pushed hard for Fyfe to become captain, and how he personally feels about Fyfe's perceived woes at kicking for goal.

There's also an epic moment where Mickey Barlow, ex Ross Lyon charge, asked Ross a question about joining the media. Classic!
