SA Olympian Alex Hill Discusses Having To Do A Double Dose Of Quarantine

Olympic Gold Medalist and South Australian boy Alex Hill is one of many South Aussie Olympians who have just learned they will be getting a double dose of Quarantine.

"It's not an ideal situation..." Alex Hill told Roo and Ditts this morning.

On Day 10 of his 14 Day Quarantine in a Sydney MediHotel, Hill was informed that upon his return to SA, he had to Quarantine for a further 14 days. 

"We had an agreement from every State around Australia that we were going to be able to come home wherever we were, do our 14 days of hotel Quarantine, and then be free to go straight to our home States."

Hill commented that he and his fellow South Aussie Olympians were 'disappointed by the news but were also happy to do it in order to; "keep the community of South Australia safe."
