Freo young gun Caleb Serong has told Perth's Rush Hour with Embers and Michelle that "potential" is becoming a dirty word down at the Dockers.
"Over the last year or two, we've been able to see the potential of the group, but I think we're at a point where we've had enough of that word potential and how good we could be,
"Within the four walls, you'd see the intensity, the standards are being lifted and that's being driven by the younger guys,
"The younger guys' work ethic and appetite to get better has gone to another level again."
