Should Charles Sturt University change its name?

Wagga locals only have until close of business today to have their say on the potential name change, with CSU urging the community to provide its feedback.

The university is looking at refreshing its brand, which would include changing its name to Sturt University.

Vice Chancellor Professor Andrew Vann says while they understand some people don't like change, they're looking to attract attention, to get more students, and get more people excited about their research.

Following the close of consultation today, a decision is expected within eight weeks.
