To commemorate 15 great years of providing quality accomodation and authentic rural experiences to keen guests in Tumut and the Snowy Mountains, Elm Cottage are having a singing picnic and all for a great cause!

The award winning accomodation will be hosting Koalas picnic down by the river at Elm Cottage this Saturday from 1PM until 5PM to raise much needed funds for the preservation of Koalas.

Owners Deborah and David Sheldon felt it was only appropriate to celebrate the big ONE FIVE in the most Australian way they know how... while saving one of the country's most treasured locals!

"Sing to save the Koala’s’ is a family day where the community can come together, have a bit of a sing-a-long, and listen to the plight of the Koala. There will be a sausage sizzle thanks to Coles and all we are asking for is a gold coin donation for Koala research and assistance. There will be a treats for the children, so bring your picnic hamper and slip slop slap bung on some sunscreen and whack on a hat."
