SPC Has Officially Been Sold By Coca-Cola!

Coca-Cola have just sold one of Australia's favourite fruit and veg processing businesses to a Melbourne-based company!

Shepparton Partners Collective have taken the reigns from Coca-Cola and are now driving SPC into the future. 

The fruit and veg business was sold for an outrageous $40 million and is now in the very capable hands of Shepparton Partners Collective. 

The new owners are a joint venture between Perma Funds Management and The Eights and have a whole lot of experience in finance, retail, agri-business and more. 

Seany chats with SPC Managing Director Reg Weine about what sale entailed and confirms that all permanent employees will be able to hold on to their positions...
