Kyle Chalmers is finally home from the Tokyo Olympics after completing his Quarantine in Howard Springs. 

He took the time to reflect on his time in Tokyo and how he has evolved as a swimmer and a man since competing at the Rio Olympics.

Kyle said that this Silver Medal means more to him than the Gold he won in Rio.
