Fun times are on the cards, or should we on the water for Townsville this October.
It's been announced that the Offshore Superboats Championships could be heading our way, so get your camera ready to record some awesome ACTION!
The Offshore Superboat Club say if confirmed, the event will come to Townsville on October 5-6.
Last year locals missed out on seeing the speedsters due to the event being cancelled, and organisers say they're currently looking for funds to make sure the 2019 plans can be locked in.
If the races get the green light the boats will show off their skills on the water between Longboards and The Ville.
