Tas Police warn of pending traffic issues

Tasmania Police have warned motorists and residents to anticipate heavy traffic in the Rosny/Bellerive area Monday between 1pm-9.30pm due to the BBL cricket game and Christmas carols at Blundstone Arena. 

If you're heading to the cricket you can consider jumping on the free bus service which runs every 10 minutes before and after the match between Franklin Square and Blundstone area -https://blundstonearena.com.au/how-to-get-here/

If you're driving to the match or in the area please avoid Rosny Hill Road and take the highway to Blundstone arena. 

Police say motorists are "asked to be patient if you're stuck in traffic we want everyone to get to their destination safely."
