Former Adelaide Crows captain Tex Walker has spoken about the joys of fatherhood and the start of another preseason of hard training.

A refreshed sounding Tex spoke this morning to Ditts, Gleeso and Alice on Triple M Adelaide about the joy young Hugo has brought to the lives of Ellie and himself.

And the Crows big man opened up about the excitement on the training track, with the club going into the 2020 season with a younger, rejuvenated list.
