Tex Walker On The Umpire Dissent Rule And Fluctuation In Recent Performances

Crows spearhead Taylor Walker joined Roo, Ditts & Loz for Breakfast to discuss all the big issues in the AFL, and fallout from a disappointing loss to GWS.

Tex shared his opinion on why the Crows' form is fluctuating, and the players' mindset moving forward.

"Sometimes you don't get answers, it's not as black and white. I simply put it down to: They [GWS] had more thirst for the contest than we did," Walker explained.

Later in the chat, Walker defended the umpire dissent rule which has created recent debate.

"I love it actually, respecting umpires is number one. It's very hard to get umpires to umpire the game," he said.

"A lot of people are confused and frustrated with it, but it is what it is."
