Tex Walker Responds To Nick Riewoldt's SANFL Comments

Adelaide co-captain Tex Walker has responded to a clip from Nick Riewoldt about his form and selection.

WALKER RESPONDS TO RIEWOLDT:

Riewoldt criticised Walker for his form on the weekend, where he went goalless, saying "just because you’re captain doesn’t mean you’re immune to going back to the SANFL".

Walker had the opportunity to hit back on Triple M's Rush Hour with Jars and Louie, which he did.

"He said I've made a statement about Bryce Gibbs and Josh Jenkins," he said.

"I don't pick the team.

"If you look at my bank of probably five or six weeks...I've been happy with my form. I have one contest and that's probably what he's talking about.

"He gets paid to go and have his comments, but he works for another station, so I don't know why we talk about it."
