It's a debate almost as old as time itself - are Nickelback any good?

And it's not just an argument saved for the pub - US Congress is split over Nickelback, too. 

During a debate over a bill, Democrat Mark Pocan mentioned that only four out of 77,000 people wanted a voting rights provision, and compared it to “probably about the percent of people who think Nickelback is their favorite band in this country.” 

Republican Rodney Davis was taken aback by the slander and asked Pocan why he would “criticise one of the greatest bands of the 90s."

Davis then went on to further express his support for the Canadian band, sharing this screenshot of his running playlist on Twitter:
