Cherry Bar Is Reopening In Its Original Space On AC/DC Lane

James Young has confirmed this morning that Melbourne's Cherry Bar is reopening..in its original space on AC/DC Lane.
The beloved live music venue closed the doors to its Rock'n'Roll basement in March after 20 years of blood, sweat and beers - with owner James Young declaring at the time that Cherry Bar would be moving to a new space and new tenants would do "something very different" to the AC/DC Lane space.
But, this morning on Triple M's Hot Breakfast, Young broke the news that plans have changed and Cherry Bar will be reopening in its original space.
Cherry Bar will reopen it's next doors next Friday (May 3) for an undetermined amount of time, with Young saying this morning that it remain open at AC/DC Lane for "nine weeks or forever".
