It has evidently become an age of up skill and exploration to enhance or find a new career altogether.

Now, for the first time in history, textbooks are virtually outdated the second they’re published, with advancements in technology science, business and more developing so rapidly that it’s hard to keep up.

The largest tertiary education provider in Northern Victoria, GOTAFE is offering over 250 accredited courses across eight major fields.

With a wide course list available, GOTAFE is encouraging Australia's workforce to ramp up their training more than ever.

By the time most University students graduate; they’ll already be behind in the skills needed for the workforce. When it comes to learning new skills, it’s important to understand what to study and have a clear goal as to why you’re studying.

They're currently waiving tuition fees for students eligible for government-subsidised training across 50 of their most popular Priority Courses.

It's called Free TAFE - a Victorian Government program that will pay your tuition fees to study in selected courses at TAFE which includes 30 non-apprenticeship courses and 20 courses for pre-apprenticeships.

Some of our most popular courses span across Business and IT, Community Services, Health and Nursing, Hospitality, Animal Sciences, Hair and Beauty.

Although spanning across a variety of disciplines, the tuition fee free priority courses all have one things in common: offering courses in industries where there are likely to be more jobs.

$25 billion is created every year by increasing the skills of Australia’s workforce by just 7% and GOTAFE is contributing to this statistics by offering courses in important areas.
