"This is rapidly turning into a complete disaster."

It was a simple phoner about reunited families. It turned into "an absolute bin fire" as Marty launched into a story about a family who were reunited after 75 years having been separated in India and Pakistan without having checked the sheet first.

From dead mums to daughters who had "undergone similar issues" (ie dying), and a potted history of 'The Partition', the team tried to navigate the issues and tell a very complex story - all just to ask for some calls about when you might have re-connected with a sibling.
