The First Teaser For The Final Season Of 'Game Of Thrones' Is Here

HBO has dropped the first teaser for the final season of Game of Thrones.

WATCH THE TEASER:

The teaser shows ice enveloping the land of Westeros, covering a wolf and a dragon, symbolising the Night King and the White Walkers.

Then, from the other side of the map, comes fire, which passes over a symbol of a lion, marking House Lannister.

The fire and ice then meet in the middle of the map, pointing towards the incredible battle we're set to see midway through season eight.

It's set to be epic, according to Vladimir Furdik, who plays the Night King.

“In the third part of the last season, there is a battle that the creators intend to be the biggest in television history,” he said.

“Almost the full episode will be about the battle, it will take about an hour.”
