Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley spoke out against the plan, describing 'the time away' as 'over the top.' Buckley outlined a more manageable time frame with 7 games in 5 weeks.
Roo and Ditts discussed the implications if the competition goes ahead with the 20 straight weeks. When compared to the amount of time away tennis players and cricketers have to deal with, it sounds like this isn't unparalleled in the sporting world.
