It's the surprise hit of 2019, with millions of Australians tuning in three times a week to watch adults playing with Lego.

But Channel Nine may very well have given away who will lift that giant, blocky trophy tonight as Lego Masters draws to a close.

We shouldn't need to say this but: We're possibly talking spoilers here, so continue at your own risk.

As tipped off by a Triple M listener earlier today, the promo clip for tonight's grand finale continues a brief glimpse at two hands holding up the winning trophy.

Here's the video:

In case you missed it, here's a still shot:

As you can see, the hand on the right is wearing a wedding ring - and there are only two contestants left in the competition who wear wedding rings.

One of those is Cade, who is partnered with Henry and the other is David, partnered with G.

Both wear similar wedding rings - we spent more time studying footage than we'd like to admit - but judging by the apparent age of the other arm, it's probably safe to say that it'll be David and G taking home the $100,000 prize pot.

Which shouldn't really come as too much of a surprise; they've consistently smashed their challenges, thanks, in large part, to their engineering backgrounds.

Whether or not our investigation has proved fruitful remains to be seen.
