In the past 100 years the average life expectancy has grown from the late 50s to over 75. We know more about health and how to live longer than ever before. So, according to Doc Larkins, the top medico for the AFL, the next goal is to get us living to 100. 

And the best way is to die young... but wait as long as possible to do so.

Movember ambassador Doc Larkins, told Eddie and Darc how they can make it to 100 - and Ed's eyeing up still being Collingwood President at 120 according to Darc - starting with just a 10-minute walk a day. Exercise is "the best pill you can take".
