Meet 19-year-old Central Coast resident, Julieanne McQuillan, she's the first graduate from Wyong-based program 120 Countdown, which connects learner drivers with volunteer mentors who supervise them to achieve the required 120 hours of driving experience enabling them to sit for their provisional driver’s licence.

The 120 Countdown program currently has three local volunteers sharing the mentoring and driving supervision, but more are needed says Wyong 120 Countdown Program coordinator, Rachel Hayton “Without a program like 120 Countdown, some people in the community find it very hard to get their driver’s licence. They may not have someone in their life who is able to teach them, have access to a car or are unable to afford driving lessons,”
