Next time you’re on a night on the coast, keep an eye out for Joel Konza who recently won 1st Place in Asia Pacific Bartender Of The Year 2022.
He joined 107.7 Triple M’ Paddy and Rob Palmer to talk about his win.
“I have to create a different cocktail each time” Joe said explaining how the competition works “Generally they’ll give you a sponsor product for the competition that you have to use”.
