The fog in Sydney this morning caused absolute chaos across the city.

The thick fog which blanketed over Sydney caused delays of up to 90-minutes at the airport with visibility dropping to below 500-metres.

Residents took to social media showing some of Sydney's iconic landmarks almost completely hidden.
