On the Marty Sheargold Show this morning, we were looking for stories where the groom had ruined his own wedding.
What we weren’t expecting was a guy who’d wrecked his own wedding to call up and tell us about it.
He turned up late and left early to go to the strippers — because he was "a bit bored".

"First wife, an hour and a half late," Angelo from Dandenong told us.
"Then half way through the ceremony me and my mates were a bit bored so we ended up at the strippers… no one ever knew we were going, but we were back in a couple of hours."
Angelo clarified that he was the one that was late, not his wife.
"I turned up an hour and a half, so no one was happy about that," he said.
"I think we were too busy drinking and carrying on."
