OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT – TROLLS (Rated G)

Where: Australind Primary School  

When: Friday, 31st March. Gates open at 5.30pm. Movie starts at 7pm. 

Tickets available to Purchase directly from Australind Primary School Office.

No ticket, no entry. BYO picnic and rug or buy yummy foods available on the night

Coffee van and icecream van will be there too.

Proceeds will go towards the P and C Fundraising efforts for a Nature Playground for the kids.

Adults: $10 each Children under 3 : FREE

THE DRUG AWARE MARGARET RIVER PRO

Where: Surfers Point Rd, Prevelly 

When: 29/03/2017 to 08/04/2017

The Drug Aware Margaret River Pro top 34 ranked male and top 16 ranked female surfers in the world will descend upon the Margaret River Region to surf its world-class waves in April to compete over a 12-day period. The event sees thousands of spectators flock to Surfers Point in Prevelly to watch the world’s best surfers take on the famous Margaret River Mainbreak and the fearsome Box.

The Margaret River Pro has been awarded World Championship Tour status in part thanks to the fact that it offers some of the best surfing conditions in the world. The event, now in its 31st year, is as a celebration of sun, surf, food and arts in an extraordinary natural environment.

FREE DANCE – ROCK & ROLL, BALLROOM, LINE DANCING

Where: Australind Tavern, Old Coast Rd, Australind

When: Saturday, 8pm-11pm

Dancers of all styles will find this a great night and it is free!

Australind Tavern has a BIG wooden floor perfect for dancing so come along and have a twirl.

Meals are available at the tavern before 8pm.

ONE DAY WELL BEING RETREAT

Where: Fair Harvest, 426 Carters Rd, Burnside

When: Sunday, 9.00am - 3.00pm

Immerse yourself in well being! Designed around everything that we love…..yoga, mindfulness meditation and nature. This retreat includes morning tea and a healthy organic lunch harvested fresh from their abundant gardens.

Yoga teacher Sandi Hancock will lead their yoga and restorative yoga class, while Ian Hackett will guide the Mindfulness Meditation session. Finish the day with a special Sound Bowl meditation with Ute Coleman.

WALKING BACK TO HAPPINESS – VARIETY CONCERT

When: Sunday, 2.00pm - 4.30pm

‘Walking Back to Happiness’, a performance by the Sassy Variety Club.

The performances will feature comedy television skits from the 70’s including M*A*S*H and ‘Are You Being Served’. The performances will also include a variety of songs from the same era and will end with a grand finale of ABBA. Tickets include light refreshments.
