Tim Cahill Scored The Most Incredible Goal In The Melbourne Derby

Tim Cahill's first A-League goal for Melbourne City could not have been more ridiculous.

There was no shortage of Cahill hype leading up to the A-League's biggest rivalry between Melbourne Victory and City - and he certainly delivered.

Cahill pounced on a defensive error from Victory to volley home over the head of Lawrence Thomas and into the top corner from a good 35 metres out. 

Australia's greatest ever goalscorer netted one of the greatest A-League goals seen.

Not a better way nor a better stage to score your first goal.
