Tim Paine’s Savage Virat Kohli Sledge To Murali Vijay

The Perth Test has been dominated by the ongoing feud between captains Tim Paine and Virat Kohli.

The two have been sledging each other all Test, with words said on several occasions.

Virat was very rowdy when he took a catch off Paine in Australia’s second dig, but the Aussie keeper got his own back with a savage sledge to Murali Vijay that was aimed at Kohli.

“Murali I know he’s your captain, but you can’t seriously like him as a bloke,” Paine said.

“You couldn’t possibly like him.”

The sledge happened shortly after the GOAT himself, Nathan Lyon, had Kohli caught at slip:

Paine is the current favourite to have the ultimate last laugh in this Test, with India currently 4/62 chasing 287.

If the Aussies win the series will be 1-1 with Tests to play in Melbourne and Sydney.
