Tom Browne Says Jason Akermanis Has Been Banned From Three Separate Golf Courses

Hot Breakfast chief footy reporter Tom Browne says that former Brisbane and Western Bulldogs forward Jason Akermanis has been banned from three separate golf courses in the Murray-Riverina region.

Aker has been banned from Wodonga Golf Club, which comes after two other recent bannings in the area.

“He’s gonna take his fight to Golf Australia in a bid to get reinstated,” Browne said.

“He’s putting a positive spin on this, saying he’ll have to go to other gold courses in the area that are harder, but the facts of the matter are he’s been banned from three golf courses in reasonably quick session.

“This time [the ban is for] hitting an extra ball off the tee apparently at a charity day, which frankly sounds hard to believe but that’s what he says.”
