Tom Jonas joined Roo, Ditts & Loz this morning to talk about the vicious head clash he copped late in the game against Richmond.

Tom Jonas and Zak Butters clashed heads in the round 13 game between Port Adelaide and Richmond last night late in the match with the injury becoming a major talking point.

Jonas and Butters returned to the ground within minutes with bandaged heads, however Butters needed further attention before the end of the match.

Tom said, “There was absolutely no pressure from the box to get either of us back on.”

“I appreciate the seriousness and gravity of the concussion issue. There was no pressure to go on and I wouldn’t have gone on if I felt like that I was putting myself, doctors, the club and the competition at risk.”
