‘Too Forward Dominant’ | Are the Titans the 2020 Broncos?

There’s something very 2020-Broncos about the Titans at the moment. The Gold Coast now sit last on the NRL ladder after losing to the Rabbitohs and being leap-frogged by Canterbury. Now the pressure is mounting on coach Justin Holbrook. All this after being one-pass away from last year’s semi-finals.

Speaking on The Rush Hour with Leisel, Liam and Dobbo Ben Te’o and Ben Dobbin agreed that the Titans’ issues can be traced back to errors made by their recruiting department over the past few years

“They went too far forward dominant. Too many forwards in that pack, not enough money in the spine.”
