LIVEfree Project, a Newcastle-based non-profit organization, is reaching out to you for urgent support. We need your assistance to sustain our life-saving initiative, the Brighter Beginnings Bus Program, and to find dedicated volunteer bus drivers who can help us make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged children. Your support will enable us to continue providing this simple yet life-saving service to children who are dealing with trauma, home instability, and food scarcity. FREE ART SUNDAYS AT MAITLAND REGIONAL ART GALLERY
Free art Sunday activities for kids of all ages, as a family you can join and get creative! Each activity takes around half an hour to complete. Staffed by Art tutors. Back by popular demand, local artist Katrina Holden is bringing her school holiday water colour activity to the Levee Shared Zone for Falling Leaves at The Levee. Taking the iconic Hunter River and The Levee’s iconic buildings as inspiration, she will provide tips and tricks on how to capture landscapes using watercolour and collage techniques.
