Turns Out Tony Abbott Regrets Eating That Onion

Former prime minister Tony Abbott has revealed that he does in fact regret eating that onion.

This weeks marks two years since Mr Abbott was deposed as prime minister - and his time in the top job was certainly filled with some interesting headlines.

“I probably shouldn’t have winked at Neil Mitchell. I probably shouldn’t have eaten an onion. I probably should have had walk coaching,” Mr Abbott told the Daily Telegraph.

Mr Abbott was replaced by Malcolm Turnbull in September 2015.
