Two Charged over Trespassing Incident Millmerran

Major and Organised Crime Squad (Rural) have charged two people following a trespassing incident at Millmerran last month.
It is alleged that on March 23, a 29-year-old woman and 26-year-old man, both of Margate were the principal organisers of a protest and trespassing incident at a Bostock Road, Millmerran feedlot.
The two have been charged with:
- unlawfully entering farming land (trespass)
The pair were bailed to appear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on May 9.
Investigations remain ongoing with further arrests anticipated.
