The Coffs Harbour Supreme Court has found two men guilty regarding the death of Lynette Daley in 2011.

After a lengthy case, Ms Daley’s boyfriend Adrian Attwater, 42, was found guilty of manslaughter. Paul Marris, 47, was found guilty of hiding evidence.

Both men were also found guilty of aggravated sexual assault.

Ms Daley’s naked body was discovered at a remote beach in northern NSW in 2011.

She had been assaulted on Australia Day during a camping trip and it was later confirmed by an autopsy that fatal blunt force genital tract trauma killed her.
