Michael Hutchence: Mystify on Twitter

One of Michael Hutchence's closest mates and long-time collaborator with INXS, the great Richard Lowenstein, has been busy teasing INXS fans with tidbits hinting towards a release date of his much anticipated documentary about the late, great Aussie frontman.

This year alone, a Twitter account has been set-up in support of the forthcoming doco, and yesterday, they released some super-rare footage of Hutchence being, well, Michael Hutchence.

Reportedly shot on top of The American Hotel in Amsterdam, we have no idea what this would have been shot for, but we have worked out that he was obviously talking about the mighty Divinyls, and referring to INXS' iconic 1987 Aussie music festival, Australian Made, with The Divinyls, Barnesy, The Saints, The Triffids and The Mentals, amongst others.

Who knows... maybe this chat from that concert tour, inspired Chrissy Amphlett to write their iconic tune I Touch Myself?
