Health and Community Services union proposed legalising cannabis in Victoria and taxing it would funnel profits back into the system.

Paul Healey, secretary of the Health and Community Services union told the Herald sun, “The government would grow its own cannabis, collect that money and turn it into funding for areas that desperately need it”.

This proposal aims to eradicate synthetic cannabis, control the growth rate of Marijuana and who it reaches.
