Brigades from across the country will go head-to-head in the Victorian state championships right here in Bendigo!

This year will mark 32 years that the championships have been held in this city - and boy does it get competitive!

From spectacular military type displays in full dress uniform, discipline marching contest with set movements around a course, to exhilarating ladder races.

Throughout the 3 days, some 50 brigades from Victoria and Western Australia will compete in more than 30 events requiring a great deal of fitness, fire fighting finesse and sporting endeavours.

Top teams expected to contest for the overall Victorian Title are last year’s winner Maryvale, Kangaroo Flat, Dandenong, Narre Warren along with Harvey WA. Local brigades Eaglehawk, Bendigo and Golden Square will also be prevalent.

VINTAGE FIRE ENGINES will be included in the procession.

Join in on a stack of free activities and delicious food trucks - fun for the whole family!
