"We'll Look at the Positives " Broncos Coach Anthony Seibold's Message to Fans

The 2020 NRL Season has been suspended indefinitely after ARLC Chairman Peter V'Landys along with NRL CEO Todd Greenberg announced that due to escalating concerns about player health and welfare the season could no longer continue. 

Sadly, for Brisbane Broncos fans this means that the side's promising start to the season has been halted in it's tracks. The Broncos sit 2-0 after defeating North Queensland and South Sydney and would have been licking their lips and the prospect of meeting the Gold Coast Titans this weekend. 

Speaking on The Rush Hour this evening coach Anthony Seibold sent a message of hope to his team's supporters who would undoubtedly be hurting tonight.

The league bosses called an a press conference at 5:10pm (EST) to make the announcement that "due to the rapid rate of infection that we can no longer guarantee the safety of our players to continue to play".
