Mal Meninga has not shirked in his intentions of securing the services of Broncos and Kangaroos star David Fifita and he’s prepared to throw the kitchen sink at it.

Appearing on The Rush Hour with Dobbo, the Titans head of football department made it abundantly clear that a million-dollar price doesn’t scare the Gold Coast club, comparing him to North Queensland Cowboys marquee player Jason Taumalolo.

“I believe he’s a Jason Taumalolo and we can offer him a long-term tenure” he told Dobbo

Taumalolo is currently on a $1 million per year contract over ten years and given Fifita’s desire to remain in South East Queensland to stay close to family Meninga believes his offer is a genuine option.
