Wet Weather Smashes Mackay & The Whitsundays... More To Come!

Wet weather hit the region this morning with little warning issued by the Bureau of Meteorology. 

The latest weather situation from the BoM "A surface trough will most likely remain slow moving offshore of the central Queensland coast today and Thursday before most likely shifting west onto the central and east tropical coasts early Friday. A high pressure system over the Tasman Sea will then build a ridge along the east Queensland coast through the remainder of Friday and Saturday".
