Yesterday, Moonman In The Morning spoke on air about the incurable disease of the lung known as Silicosis, which uniquely affects tradespeople working with sandstone, granite and tiles.

The response through calls and the thousands of comments online were enough to see that this is a very real danger to the stonemasons and other trades who have worked with silica based materials everyday for years.

We reached out to Dr Graeme Edwards a senior occupational physician about the steps that tradies who fear they may be suffering from the deadly disease MUST TAKE to ensure their health.
