Of course, the City of Perth Australia Day Skyworks bonanza can't be the great day it always is without everyone doing the right thing and complying with the rules set out to ensure it remains one of the best days of the year.

The City of Perth has a fantastic information hub chock full on all the vital details for this year's event, but there are a few key items that the City of Perth have listed as items to leave at home.

Firstly, the City of Perth Australia Day Skyworks has been declared a drone free zone. Please leave your drone at home.

There are a number of other items that have been listed as items to leave at home. They include:

  • Drones
  • Items larger than 1.5 metres
  • Glass
  • Sparklers
  • Barbecues
  • Open flames
  • Flares
