Well here's a naughty trick that just might work!

Research at the Keele University found that swearing increases pain tolerance and Adrenalin and is apparently beneficial for exercise and physical tasks.

But while using some colourful language helps with the physical power exerted, there was no change in an increase in heart rates.

With the microphones of the studio safely turned off, i thought i'd give this a try.
